The Pharmacy Department at Partners in Hope Medical Center is central to making sure everyone gets the medicine they need for their right conditions, when they need it. We have two pharmacies:

·       Moyo Pharmacy: Our public pharmacy-serving the ART Clinic

·       Dalitso Pharmacy: Our private, 24/7 pharmacy.

Our aim is to be the One-Stop-Service-Center you can trust for all your pharmaceutical needs. We endeavor to have a wider range of medicines-including those that are rare and vaccines-while keeping safety and quality as our top priorities. We ensure that our patient always get the essential medicines they need, assist clinical departments access essential medicines and supplies as they are needed, and make sure our patients, caregivers, and partners trust and are happy with our service.

We make sure our pharmaceutical services are available when you need them. Moyo Pharmacy is open to the public from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), and on Saturdays for Teen Club services. Dalitso Pharmacy is open 24/7, so you can always get private pharmacy services. Our inpatient pharmacy team works around the clock to support Thandizo Ward, ensuring that all patients get the right medicine, in the right quantity, at the right time. Our outpatient pharmacy is easy to get to, and our team will make you feel welcome. We will fill your prescriptions and talk to you about your medicine, including how to take it and what side effects to watch out for.

For those with long-term, complex, or rare conditions, our pharmacy has specialty medicines for conditions like cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. We are happy to be part of your care team, working with your doctors and nurses to give you the best care possible. We put you at the center of everything we do.
