The payment for  medicals for different countries differ and you can check on each country below. The payments to be payable is Kwacha after converting it, we use Reserve Bank of Malawi exchange rate. And for US and Canada there is an extra charges for vaccines as follows

For medical exam an adult must pay USD 181 while a child must pay USD 120 and must bring:

  1. passport
  2. eye glasses or contact lenses, if you wear them
  3. any medical reports or test results that you have regarding to previous or existing medical conditions, and the Medical Report form (IMM 1017E), if you do not have an up-front medical exam
  4. The visa office will send you this form

For medical exams an adult pay USD 212 and a child pay USD 132. Please bring the following to your health examination for detailed information:

  1. A valid passport
  2. Your glasses or contact lenses if you use them
  3. A list of any medication you are taking (including dosage)
  4. Any relevant medical reports or x-rays
  5. If you are 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian with you
  6. If you are using an immigration adviser, a completed ‘Immigration Adviser Details’ form
