X-Ray Service resumptions at Partners in Hope

Partners in Hope (PIH) on Friday 17 February 2023 launched its 2022-2026 Strategic plan at Bingu International Conference Center (BICC). The strategic plan will focus on three strategic objectives; to attain high performance organizational management, governance structures and processes; to expand PIH's Medical Centre into a hospital that has medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology and pediatrics departments; and to integrate non communicable diseases (Hypertension, Diabetes and Cancer) and Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) into our public health program.
Guest of honour at the launch, Special Advisor to the President on Non- Governmental Organizations (NGO's) and Civil Society Organizations (CSO's), Mrs. Martha Kwataine commended Partners in Hope for being a trusted partner to government in health service delivery in the country.
She said, "PIH has always been great at identifying gaps in health service provision and has been providing innovative solutions to those problems."
In her remarks, PIH Board Chairperson, Mrs. Lilian Khofi thanked all the stakeholders who facilitated the strategic development process and said that through the strategic plan PIH will continue to develop new strategies to champion new interventions in disease management. Taking her turn, the PIH Executive Director, Dr. Agnes Moses thanked all those who availed themselves during the launch. She concluded by saying that management will endeavor to implement the strategic plan to ensure that her organization realizes its mandate.
